I am a Systems Analyst with over a decade of experience in billing systems analysis and support, B/OSS support, systems integration, software testing, API design and integration, systems migration design, and technical diagramming and documentation in the telecommunications industry. I am currently studying full stack development in the MERN stack, but I am primarily interested in backend API and database design and development.

I am originally from Denver, Colorado and my deepest passion is nature. I love camping, hiking, gardening, drawing, and making and wearing costumes. I also love exploring my new surroundings in Asheville, North Carolina, where I now reside.

  • Currently supporting billing troubleshooting and product enhancement for existing customer base in newly implemented B/OSS, as well as supporting additional migrations to the new system
  • Assisted the lead systems designer with the design of an API-driven migration of general billing information for primary customer base from legacy Infinys Ratings and Billing (RB) version 4.3, to version 9.0 in newly implemented B/OSS
  • Led the design of the migration of a subset of partner customer data from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to a newly implemented distributed B/OSS and RB implementation.
  • Specified and documented the design for billing domain APIs, including the initial specification of the domain's graphQL schema API interface, while working closely with development lead to ensure design was technically sound
  • Documented low-level, field to field API interface design for billing domain integration with RB, and supported developers in its implementation
